CROSS COUNTRY TRIP TO CHEYENNE
Denny flew to Florida during a tropical storm and landed first Charleston, SC and then went on to Florida the next day. He got to see Macy, Nick and Zack.
After helping Andy and Stefany pack we took off for Wyoming. We stopped at some Temples along the way
Finally, 3 sleepless days and nights later we arrived in Cheyenne, Wyoming. We made it!!! The kids seemed no worse for the wear. A good time was had by all in attendance.

OUR TRIP TO TEXAS
Denny and Ella and I found some old pictures to look at...so fun to be with family.
Ashton is overseeing our meat being cooked. It was delicious
Here we are in Lockhart Texas at a famous bar b cue. The food was amazing and we enjoyed being in this building from the early 1900's.
Ella and I made some pretty amazing cupcakes. We made bears, pigs, monkeys and just plain ones. It was lots of fun.
Piper enjoyed being with GeGe and Papa.
Ella and her papa are always together having fun. We also went to see a Rodeo and just enjoyed the Texas lifestyle. We had so much fun and I cried when we had to leave. When we flew into Spokane it was 15 degrees...we were not prepared for that. We will return.Sunday, January 29, 2012
JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA...JANUARY 2012
MERRY CHRISTMAS 2011
We were blessed to have Rachel home with us. We got to spoil her. We went shopping, out to eat, saw the movie "We bought a Zoo" (which I quite liked and had a great quote about 20 seconds of extreme courage.), went to church, ate a lot, played games and just had a great time. Santa brought Den and I "Mario Cart" for our Wii...we had so much fun. He really knew what we wanted and that we had been good. I cried when Rachel left.
PLAYING CATCH-UP
For Thanksgiving Rachel, Sarah and Brandon drove here from Utah. This was Brandon's first visit to Spokane. We did Riverfront Park where we rode the Carousel, feed the garbage eating goat and just walked around. We also took him to eat at Dicks. He loved it! It is so good to be family at Holidays. My sister Pam and her husband, Rich, came over and we had a great time. It was hard to let them go.
